Release Notes

This is the initial release of ebcprep, a tool that automates the creation and maintenance of per-executive NotebookLM notebooks for EBC (Executive Briefing Center) teams. It reads meeting data from a Google Sheet and automatically provisions and populates NotebookLM notebooks with the relevant prep documents as sources, eliminating manual setup work for EBC teams.

Automated NotebookLM Notebook Creation
Automatically creates and maintains per-executive NotebookLM notebooks by reading meeting rows from a configured Google Sheet, so each executive has a dedicated notebook ready before their briefing.
Google Sheets Integration
Reads meeting metadata directly from a Google Sheet, using each row to determine which executive and which prep documents need to be associated with a given notebook.
Automatic Source Management
Adds prep documents as sources to the correct NotebookLM notebook for each executive, keeping notebooks up to date as new meetings are added to the sheet.
