Release Notes

This is the initial release of TIDE — Capital Pressure Observatory, a self-hosted macro dashboard that tracks liquidity, capital flows, market microstructure, and sentiment across 19 indicators. The entire system is built exclusively on free-tier data sources, making it accessible to developers and macro analysts without subscription costs. All four dashboard tiers are available from day one.

New features

  • Four-Tier Composite Macro Dashboard
Launched the core TIDE dashboard with four distinct analytical tiers — Liquidity, Capital Flows, Market Microstructure, and Sentiment — each surfacing a curated set of indicators to provide a composite view of macro capital pressure.
  • 19-Indicator Coverage
The dashboard tracks 19 macro indicators spanning cross-asset liquidity signals, flow dynamics, order-book microstructure metrics, and sentiment proxies, all aggregated into a single unified view.
  • Free-Tier Data Source Architecture
All data pipelines are wired exclusively to free-tier APIs and public data sources, enabling full self-hosting with zero data licensing costs. No paid vendor subscriptions are required to run the system.
  • Self-Hosting Support
TIDE is designed for self-hosted deployment, giving quantitatively-oriented developers and macro analysts full control to run, extend, or modify the dashboard in their own environment.
  • Extensible Indicator Framework
The architecture is built to be extended, allowing developers to add new indicators, swap data sources, or introduce additional dashboard tiers without restructuring the core system.
